For any switchbot lock pro users. With the door sensor mounted, does the led lights up when the door is open and close? I think I may have a faulty sensor. Mine does not light up if it does. Every sensors in the img below works except the door sensor and the diagnostic auto-lock paused. Both states Open and On even after I open the door and change the auto-lock to off in the app.
I have tried calibrating several times, but the door sensor states open all the time.
The only time it states closed is after the calibration is done. When I unlock the door via any method (press the knob, using ha, & app) the state changes to open after a few seconds and stays that way.
Did I not perform the calibration correctly? Even if I did not, the door sensor would still work correct?
