Sync Energy EV Wall Charger 2

Not really a Home Assistant issue but I’m hoping some members might be using 1 and have some advice.

I have a Sync Energy Wall Charger 2 (untethered) installed.

For the 1st few months after my wall charger was installed I only trickle charged my car utilizing any spare solar power from my home solar arrays.

I use Home Assistant with the “OCPP” app and “EV Smart Charger” HACS integration which work great.

Recently I’ve wanted to charge the car a little faster but when attempting this my wall charger will not output at a charge rate any higher than 14A.

No matter what App I use (APP mode) or do not use (PnC mode) 14A is the max I get.

I’ve checked and double checked that the Max charge rate is set to 32A.

I’ve checked other possibly relevant settings

Dynamic Load Management is Disabled

Home Max Current is set to 100A

DLB Mode is Disabled

I do NOT have current clamp monitoring device fitted to my charger and all 3 DIP switches are in the OFF position.

I’m using a 10m BG Sync Energy EV Mode 3 Charging Cable Type 2.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
