Sync new Local Calendar with Google Calendar and/or Exchange server

Header says it all, I would love for the new calendar to be able to sync with a Exchange server Calandar or next best thing, a Google Calendar.

I would love the same thing for Apple shared iCloud calendars. Would be great.
