Tapo C210 camera credentials keep expiring

Just bought two Tapo C210 cams and one C500 cam. The C210’s were auto-detected but the login credentials keep expiring. I have to re-enter them in the configuration and moments later I get the expiration warning. I’m stuck in this loop. Oddly, the C210 HD and SD streams are visible in HA but not the live stream. The C500 cam is not detected at all. All three cams are working fine in the app.

Help?

While I cannot tell you why the cred reset is taking place, I am using the C210 with Frigate and a local camera account registered on the camera. I’ve never experienced a reset of those credentials.
