Tapo Hub H200 + Tapo T310 sensor inside & outside + Fritz!smart socket + Home Assistant

Hi,
I am new to Home Assistant and I ordered my Home Assistant Green and I already have:

  • Tapo hub H200
  • Tapo T310 sensors in my cellar and also outside
  • Fritz!smart socket (controlled by my Fritz! router)

In my cellar I also have 6 fans (3 take air from outside and 3 blow air to outside).
The fans are now connected to the Fritz!smart socket and they work between 5am and 8am.

This works for now but I would like to automate it, based on the dew point (how it should be).

Since I am totally new to HA (I will do my installation in 2 weeks, I am waiting for the delivery of the hardware right now  ), could someone explain me what I need to configure in HA so that it will, based on the dew point, temperature and maybe some other parameters optimize the ventilation?

I assume that already exists with modules? But what do I need to install and configure?
Maybe someone has an identical setup?
thank you.
