I have just updated The P110M via Tapo App to the newest firmware 1.3.0.
In Homeassistant I see that the installed version is 1.3.0 (correct), but the newest firmware shows 1.0.0.
Does someone know why HA does not show 1.3.0 as newest?
Restart HomeAssistant and refresh your browser. Does that make a difference?
Right. Mine are all on 1.4.1 too.
I’m seeing a trend. Check tomorrow!!!
Unfortunately mine are on 1.4.1 since months but show with 1.3.0 in HA. So I guess that Tapo has not updated its info on the CSA website.
I’m guessing your integration ‘phone home to mothership’ may not be working for you. Check your logs for errors you may have overlooked.
My integration is HA’s Matter server. There are neither errors nor warnings in any log.
HA is actively interviewing the device. So either the 110M answers with wrong information, data are not correctly processed by HA - or the server pretends it updates info without actually doing it. 
Is it not because it’s reporting the matter version not the device firmware version?
