I use the Tapo T100 motion sensor to turn on lights when it senses motion. The simple automation I created on the Tapo app works in real time, but the one on Home Assistant always requires around 4 seconds to turn on the lights. The signal strength of the motion sensor is perfectly fine. Does anyone know the reason?

Same problem here, the automation in Tapo app works great, but in HA most of the time there are delays.
No ideas or solutions yet?
I have the same problem here as well. I am considering purchasing different sensors. Have you made the switch?
