Tasmota flashed devices slow respond using Alexa

After moving my Tasmota flashed devices from MQTT to Tasmota integration the devices are slow to respond when using Alexa.

For example I ask Alexa to turn off/on tasmota enabled devices it takes 5-8 seconds to respond.

Is there a setting I am missing?

Edit: I have tasmota 9.5.0 flashed to the devices.

Nope me to but only just moved over to tasmota integration from mqtt discovery which was fine. Did you have any luck fixing it. Most of my lights are on pir’s or door sensor’s so it’s very noticeable.
