Tasmota Smart switch switching device & another device when it shouldn't

I have a lot of smart switches setup monitoring & switching lots of things, lately I’ve run into a problem a couple of times where switching 1 device switches that device + another. All my switches are flashed with tasmota and I’m running hassio on a pi4. I have been re purposing a few of my smart plugs lately but I’ve renamed then and double checked that IP addresses aren’t clashing. I did have this issue a few days ago on another plug but don’t really know what I did to resolve it. I’ve even disabled all automatons on my system but it still happens

Your mqtt topics in the Tasmota device configs need to be unique.

Thanks Tom, I had accidentally put the device name in “Group Topic” instead of “MQTT topic”.
