Why is the entity from my Telldus Live / Qubino Flush Shutter DC shows up as a “light”?
I can control it like a dimmable light or a switch like this:
But i only want to control up/down/stop like in this example:
Have ended up in same situation. Telldus recognize the device as a light instead of a window covering. Did you get to a solution?
I didn’t find any solution. Now and then I’m thinking about it but I haven’t made any more research or trail since my last post here.
There should be a solution out there, this can’t be a unique setup. Hope you find something and share it here.
Recieved an answer to my support ticket at Telldus saying: “Sounds correct, this is how it is identifying itself and we cannot do anything about it”. So I guess it is time to look for other options for Z wave…
