Tempalte node

Hi!
Have just started to use Node-RED and decided to switch all my automations over. Now im struggeling with the template node. Today I use the following in an automation " ‘{{ states.sensor.time.state == states.input_datetime.varmekabler_nattsenking_fridag_fra.state[0:5] }}’ ".

This works fine in automation, but cant get it to work in Node-RED. Any spceial way it should be formated?

Sounds like you might need to rethink the process.

Can you specify what you’re trying to accomplish with it?
