TERNCY-SD01 connects, but doesn't fully configures

So I’m trying to use the TERNCY-SD01 smart dial, according to blakadder it should work fine with ZHA. I do get it found/configured/connected, but it doesn’t appear to be fully configured even though it says it’s completed.

I did find this error in the logs while pairing
