I got an error installing this integration, where it says it needs to open an external site to continue

The 'redirect_uri' supplied is not registered for this 'client_id'.
I want to start over where you specify the client ID, secret, etc. But every time I try to add the integration again it opens the external web page. How can I wipe the current settings and try again? I have a different client ID that I want to use.
