Tesla Intergration gives me blank "error" screen, logs attached

Hi,

I have been through the steps outlined on this great youtube video. As far as I can tell everything worked great.

I run into a problem when trying to add the integration. It asks me to log into tesla and when it redirects back to home assistant I can a very unhelpfull error message that just says “error”.

Upon checking the logs I have the below. Any thoughts?

TeslaFleetApi.init() missing 1 required positional argument: ‘access_token’

Did you try the actual HA docs?

I don’t use it, but my best guess.

I ran into the same issue. ChatGPT says: Your Home Assistant OS image is running Python 3.13, which is not yet compatible with the Tesla Fleet integration included in that build.
So might be fixed in a new version (i’m running core 2026.1.0)
