logged out of cloud skill, removed skill from alexa, yet she still sees everything. even when i manually delete them (one at a gawddamn time, cause there is no global delete in the alexa app anymore, retarded.) and re-run discovery, everything comes back.
okay, soo… maybe i need to make sure it logged me out. re-enable the cloud: component, restart… and nothing shows up on the webGUI.
i just want it to see my scripts. not anything else. which is why i still use emulated hue.
am i going to have to reset my alexa back to factory or something?
The latest Alexa app doesn’t actually delete the devices. A few people on here were moaning about it and I couldn’t get my head around why it wasn’t working for them, but mine has gone like it too now (so presumably it was different release dates for the update in different countries).
If you go on to the configure Alexa web page from a computer, go to the smart home bit and scroll to the bottom there’s a “forget all” button.
NB - I’m not saying that this will definitely fix your issue, just saying that you can’t delete things from the app anymore so that might be the cause.
