Text on picture card

I am trying to build a ‘playing now’ kind of card. It uses the information from my Google Home. I want to use a picture-glance card. However the entities shown only have icons.

I want to display Artist and Song there where the ‘eyes’ are.

I also tried the picture-entity but without success.

Anyone some ideas? I checked the mushroom cards but there is no picture card for mushroom.

The concept works, I have the information I need in Helpers.

Consider picture-elements card.
BTW, isn’t it possible to create a media_player entity out of your google home or whatever it is called? Then you could use a stock media player card (or a similar custom one).

I tried that, but does not work.

The default Media Player card is not exactly what I am looking for.
