For those who have solid Wi-Fi network, will Zigbee 4/Suzi be of any major benefit, or will its long-range capability become a problem within congested urban areas?

Suzi long-range Zigbee technology will only use Sub-1GHz radio frequncies (meaning that just like Z-Wave it won’t be affected by the official WiFi bands), but both Suzi and Zigbee 3.0/4.0 can be affected by interference if keep Zigbee radios or devices physically too WiFi radios.
