some devices have automatically disabled and I cannot enable after updating to version 2021.7 and I cannot enable them. the message that appears is: “The device has been disabled by Configuration Item”
How can this be solved?
I had this issue with my Govee integration.
I had to uninstall the integration and restart HA, reinstall integration, restart, and finally got it to work again.
This was last night.

Same here … and 2022.x.x made things worse since you simply end up in nowhereland while you remember how you solved it last year.
Not to mention that hints given in here also apply to the frontend as it was till mid last year.
Sorry to say but the current situation is the best argument to switch to iobroker since the worst thing software vendors do is mixing up a well known known practice and how ones used to get things done.
I don’t really mind … software as usual … can’t easily name one which remained rock stable across decades, not because it had no chance but because it was overinvented and modified way too often.
EDIT: and no … I won’t expect the ability to chance the state into activated hidden behind a button named ‘edit’ since editing something means modification against chancing the state of a non edited device.

Just an update to this. The integration now allows you to connect/delete to each gateway individually in the GUI.
Deleting the problem gateway (the one with missing sensors) and re-adding it works straight away.
