The example_sensor integration does not support configuration via YAML file

I’ve setup the HA debug environment, when I was trying to add an example integration, it failed, the example is from repo example-custom-config/custom_components at master · home-assistant/example-custom-config · GitHub could anyone help us out? thanks very much.
