Thermostat Aqara W600 - problem with connection after changing battery

As mentioned in title - I connect thermostate with my HA by Matter over Thread. Everything works untill I remove battery (so its simulation of situation when I have to switch them). After that it cannot reconnect. When I try to ping it - it does not find device. Does anybody know how to reconnect these thermostates?

You might have to reset them. In the manual

But it says, that it will remove communication data. Not that it reconnect… anyway it did not work. In general after battery is removed the pairing icon on thermostat appear again, so looks like it loose communication data…
