I’ve created a custom integration (available in HACS) to make it easy to boost a thermostat’s temperature for a set time and have it revert back to the schedule/last temperature when the boost finishes.
I did it primarily to see how good ChatGPT is at creating code but sharing as others might find it useful too. I can’t promise I’ll maintain this.
This is both an integration and a set of supporting custom cards. The cards need to be installed manually although I can look to split them out to a separate installation if this proves popular.
