Thermostat exposed sensor entities changed recently?

Hi,

I’m using an Eurotronics Spirit Z-Wave thermostat for one of my radiators.
I just noticed, that apparently some of the exposed sensor entities changed recently(?), breaking some of my UI functionality.
For example, there used to be a sensor.<name>_valve_opening_level entity, which apparently was replaced by a number.<name>_valve_opening_percentage_report entity.
Furthermore, the replacement entities were all disabled by default, leaving the old ones broken.

I usually have a glimpse of the HA release notes, especially the breaking changes, but apparently I missed that.
Where or when did that change? Or is this maybe a change introduced by Z-Wave JS?

Z-Wave JS is the probably cause, but it could also be a firmware update on the device.

Thanks! I can rule out a firmware update, so it’s probably Z-Wave JS then.
I’ll have a closer look if anything else might have changed.
