Thermostat in wi-fi/zigbee not linked to the warm heater

Hi,

I’m living in Canada and, for european people, basically, we use electric heating in a simple way:

Breaker wired to thermostat, wired to electric heating
or
Braker wired to electric heating wired to thermostat.

The electric heating cost nothing and it’s very very very simple. You have a variator but there is no intelligence in it.

I don’t speak about convector.

So, I found Shelly 1PM and this is wonderfull. Up to 16A, you can use it and you have everything. Manage remotely the device, power consumption. Shelly products are made by Gods. I remove the variator and plug the Shelly instead.

My missing point is how to permit to my family or anybody, without App or knowledge, to pilot and change temperature when they want.
I use right now Sonoff NSPanel. I have 2 physical buttons which means that you can remove/add/change any pole switch in your house, use the NSPanel integration (thanks Blackymas) and voilà.

To be honest, NSPanel seems good but the screen is quite slow (NSPanel Pro costs more…) and you have to face to a lot of trouble with updates.
All thermostats that I’ve seen needs to be directly connected to the electric heating or doesn’t contains any information regarding connectivity ( ex: Jalzdieod Thermostat intelligent Zigbee Tuya Chauffage au sol pour eau/télécommande électrique Télécommande APP Voice A : Amazon.ca: Commerce, Industrie et Science )

The good point of NSPanel is that you have the thermometer, 2 buttons, ability to change temperature and pilot the shelly devices.
I can use a simple thermometer like Sonoff SNZB-02D but I miss one point: How to change the temperature without App?

Does somebody found or try something similar: found a thermostat who can pilot remotely an electric heating connected to home assistant?

to have this

Breaker wired to Shelly wired to electric heating. A remote thermostat in Wi-Fi/Zigbee(not Z-wave) pilot the Shelly through home-Assistant.
