I very much doubt it. Big Tech (Google, Amazon, Apple, Samsung,.) paying Big (“Promoter” tier) at CSA and well… money talks they say? 
I guess it’s just the HA bubble but nabu casa/OHF probably opt-in for the cheapest CSA tier for $7k/year with no real influence
