Hi,
I am unable to connect a Matter device that uses thread. An error stating that I do not have a Border Router appears.
I purchased a ZBT-2 and configure for Thread. Still no Border Router.
Any help please. What details do you need to help?

Did you copy the Thread credentials to your phone?
In the Companion app on the phone choose Settings → companion app → troubleshooting → sync thread credentials (looking from the bottom)
unable to copy credentials. This is the failure point. I know of no solution, as I followed the path.
see @WallyR comment again, in your screenshot we see send credentials to Homeassistant, but you want to send the credentials from Homeassistant to your phone.
I think you should only see #de6d network, what is the network under “other”?
For your preferred Thread Network (-de6d), click on the 3-dots and choose the setting to use the credentials for ios/android. You should then see a “key-in-phone” icon which means HA will use this network’s creds for sending to the phone.
Did as stated. Does not work. I need a thread border router.
