For some reason my thread based devices stopped working. I don’t know exactly when this happened, but it had to be in the last few weeks. I’ve updating HA in that time, but I also updated a few other devices. I don’t know what update broke it. Here is what I’m running:
Server Hardware: Dell Optiplex 7010
Installation method Home Assistant OS
Core 2025.10.1
Supervisor 2025.10.0
Operating System 16.2
Frontend 20251001.0
Thread Device: SLZB-06
Open Thread Boarder Router: 2.14.0

I’ve tried looking into IPv6 but I haven’t really changed anything on that. My network equipment is a Ubiquiti UDM-SE. I’ve got POE and USB powering the to the SLZB-06 because I could never find a way to run it off of only ethernet like I wanted it to.
The nice thing is that I only have 4 devices paired up using thread but I plan to have a good deal more. But I’m not sure why it stopped working. Any help would be appreciated.
