Threshold helper history locks up HA?

Experimenting with threshold helpers, I created two based on outside light levels, one binary turning on when light rises above 500lx in the morning, the other turning on when it falls below 500lx in the evening.

All appeared well, and I was able to track both in the history page. However, when I created an entities card to monitor them, as soon as I attempted to add the second helper HA locked up and had to be powered off. After restarting, I saw there had been an 80% spike in processor use (normally it runs at around 10%). I have been able to repeat this several times.

I have just upgraded to to 2023.2.3 (from 2023.1), and I notice that “live” history graphs are a feature of the new release, which may have something to do with it.

Anyone else?

Edit: Nothing in the logs.

You’re verbiage isn’t clear. Does it crash when you add the second helper or does it crash when you add the second helper to an entities card?

Wait, history graph card or entities card?
