TikTok has a TTS service which hasn’t gotten a lot of attention from the HA community. I really enjoy it for their comical / silly voices, in fact it can even sing a song of your text, not just speak it.
There is a simple HA integration which was abandoned several years ago and is no longer compatible with the latest HA versions. I forked it and updated practically everything. You can install it via HACS here:
It now installs via the UI; it works via either a known public proxy (previous method) or taps into the TikTok API directly; and most importantly, it now supports tts.speak and the modern methods of using TTS in HA. Plenty of bugs patched and updated all the documentation too.
Edit: Version 1.1 is released, now with over 100 voices, plus a new custom dashboard card.
