Tile® Bluetooth trackers show “at Home” but I am at work for 3 hours

connection state: DISCONNECTED
is dead: false
is lost: false
ring state: STOPPED
voip state: OFFLINE
Is any way to fix it? If no information from tile for 5 minutes = “Not at home”.
Anybody has same problem?
