Time on HA OS does not Synchronize with Host system Time

I am running HA OS 15.2 on VM Virtualbox 7.0.16 installed on Host Ubuntu 24.04.2. HA OS does not synchronize time with host.
Example: time Ubuntu terminal 15:13, Time on HA OS Terminal 15:56
43 minutes fast.

Can You please Help!
