Timer card that count time a switch is on, until reset

Hi

I have a pellet stove which is controlled by a Sonoff switch. I would like a timer that counts how many hours it has been “on” and shows the card when it is over 7 hours. Then it’s time to put new pellets in the stove.
Then I will press the card and it will start the timer again

Has anyone done something similar?
