I would like to toggle the attribute of an entity (see photo). But I wouldn’t know how to get started. Could someone please help me out?

You don’t change that. The device does, when you turn the alarm on.

That’s not what I said. I said you can’t change the attribute.
To enable and disable the alarm look at what actions are available for the integration you use to connect to the echo. Integrations - Home Assistant
AFAIK, there aren’t any direct actions to turn alarms off from Alexa Media Player. You’ll have to use the custom command option.
