Hi @makusets, I am following your amazing project. I have a Toshiba ducted indoor unit model RAV-RM561BTP-E with a RBC-AMS55E wired wall remote. I would like to integrate it into Home Assistant locally. Are you currently selling any fully assembled and pre-flashed boards (like the v3.2 or D1 Mini version)? Could you please let me know how I can purchase one from you? Thanks in advance!

thank you so much for this project. This brings so much capabilities to toshiba ac installations.

I have a setting with 10 MMU-AP0XX4HP1-E devices, each one connected to a RBC-AMS54E via AB line. Whilst I am pretty good at software, my hardware knowledge is not the best and before I order 10 boards on JLCPCB I wanted to ask, if you have a v3.2 board that you would sell to austria so I can rule out any errors on my side if it does not work.

Or otherwise, do you have knowlege about our model and the compatibility to your project?

Hi Benjamin,

Given the model and the wall remote, your system should be perfectly compatible with the board. It will probably use the TU2C protocol.

I will have some more boards in a few days if you want to get one to try.

Hey everyone. I want to share that i live in Europe (Netherlands) and i have ten of the v3.2 boards ordered at PCBway today. It will take a few of days for them to be assembled and shipped to me, but then i’ll be willing to sell and ship some of them off to people in the Europe area. I think i’ll put it on eBay as well. Please let me know if there still is interest in them.

Miquel, thanks for your efforts and sharing the project on GitHub. I sincerely hope this will help me get some kind of control over my Estia R32 heat pump, maybe even my aircon (though that has a ‘cloud module’ installed).

Of course, that’s fine. I will let you know when I have some more ready. I am waiting on a couple of components.

I’m looking to integrate my Toshiba AC into Home Assistant. I have a Toshiba RBC-AMS55E-ES wired controller and would like to use the ESPHome Toshiba A/B solution.

Do either of you currently have a fully assembled board available and would you be willing to ship one to Austria?

Ideally I’d be looking for a complete, ready-to-flash or pre-flashed board.

I have a Toshiba ESTIA R32 Series 1, indoor unit HWT-1101XWHT9W-E and outdoor unit HWT-801HW-E.
I would like to connect it to Loxone and use your ESPHome Toshiba AB interface.
Do you currently have a fully assembled and tested interface board available? I would prefer a ready-to-use board, so I don’t have to solder it myself.
Shipping would be to Austria/Germany.
Could you please tell me the total price including shipping and which board revision you recommend for my ESTIA?

Hi @rleitner1312-dot, I will hopefully put more boards on ebay in a week or so. The current 3.2 board is the best option for all installations, until an improved design comes up. Keep an eye on the ebay links or search “makusets” on ebay to check for available boards. I send these fully built and preflashed. Price varies depending on shipping but I believe it ends up being around 40-45 euro altogether to most EU.
