I have been researching using the tp-link devices in my home for a proximity sensor and a few other devices. Looking through the online messages here and on tp-link site it seems tp-link broke the ability to integrate with Home-Assistant with a recent firmware update and you can only use their application. Has this situation been corrected or should I look for other options?
