Tplink plugs not connecting after firmware update

This morning I was notified of a firmware update (1.4.0) to my tp100 plugs. Updated and everything is working except HA. The plugs are not connecting. Reloaded the integration no change. I then removed one plug and planned to re-add it. On re-adding If I leave host blank nothing is found. If I enter the IP address of the plug I get this message…

Any thoughts? I have other plugs on this firmware that are working fine.

Thanks

Do any of these apply?
I clicked the issues search link in the Official HA Integration page…

Thank you sir - you are a star! My apologies for not reading the Official integrations pages completely enough. Turns out that my problem was the ‘sharing password between devices’ issue noted in the document. For anyone else who might land up here this is what I did…

  1. Unplug/power off every tplink plug you have (I also have cameras but I didn’t turn these off).
  2. Check in the tplink app that they are all offline - might take a few minutes.
  3. Turn on one of the devices that was not connecting to HA.
  4. You may find it connects automatically. If not Reconfigure it - you will probably be asked to enter your tplink username and password.
  5. Turn off this device again and repeat from 2 above for every plug that isn’t connecting to HA.

Doing this all but one of the plugs reconnected to HA. The one that I cant get working is one I removed from HA in an attempt to get it working. I will investigate that further at a later date.

Thanks again for the pointer @Sir_Goodenough
