Tradfri color bulb version 2.3.086 going Dark when full red

Suddenly today when I wanted to have full red eg HS value 360. HA turns the Light off but the log shows on. At first I suspected it to be broken but in the app from IKEA it still possible to be full red. Then I tested some other bulbs same effect.
Then I tried to control the value in node red with the call service node. The highest value I could achieve was 356 as soon I tried a higher value the light went out!
I rebooted, I reinstalled the IKEA integration no change.

I have the same issue also since end of december, I guess this is when Ikea rolled out a new firmware. I’ve written something about it in the HA repo and a longer explanation here, the issue is basically that HA uses HSV to set the colour and the bulb firmware has a bug that makes it report it’s still on while it’s actually off.
