Transfer devices between Z-Wave sticks

I am looking to buy multiple Z-Wave sticks. Is it possible to transfer a single device from one radio to another?

Ex: Imagine I add an open/closed sensor to one Z-Wave stick, but then I decide I want to change its stick to a different Z-Wave stick. What could I do in this situation?

you need to exclude it from the first stick and then include it on the second stick.
