Trigger on received SMS with a message containing "Delivery"

Hello, I would like to find a way to use a received SMS with the term “Delivery in progress” in it.
I’m already using last+notification for many things, but i don’t find a way to use these terms in a SMS as trigger.

I thought maybe usin a template ?

Second thing, is it a way to force update sooner than 15 minutes if an SMS is received? as i receive a message 5 minutes before they are at my door… 15 minutes would be a problem… lol

The main problem is that they aren’t sending with the same company each time, and most of the time, they don’t update the app on time
