I also had this chime laying around quite a long time. Wanted to try make it work with Home Assistant. And it is working, thank to you log.
If you copy your first code “07160202006f9970” and paste it in the RFXcom intergation as a new device, you will see a new ‘SelectPlus 00:6f’ device.
Clicking on the siren does not work, but if you hold and press Advanced.
Choose in the menu for Sound 1, click play and you will hear the chime!
