I just created a new integration to help people with better home/away location tracking. It may be enhanced later to include closer quarters presence detection (as in one room vs. another etc.) Hot off the presses, Enjoy!

Brilliant! Very impressive!! Just what i have been looking for. I am using Frigate face recognition sensor.frigate__last_camera for presence detection. Have you considered including a this sensor as well. Thanks so much!!
Thank you for your kind words! Yes but I have not tested it for "Other" - I just use the other three (it's all open source so you can see the logic it uses). There are four types:
BLE
GPS
WiFi
Other
The setup is that you first select a person, and then it shows you the sensors associated with that person. For that list of sensors, you then select one if the four classifications for each of those sensors.
So at setup time, assign it to "Other".
Let me know how it goes. We can then also add other classification types as well if you have ideas on same.
