So, Had to bite the bullet and rebuild the network again on Channel 25.
It’s been a few days and there doesnt seem to be any notable difference in performace. It can stil ltake 3-15 seconds in some instances for an action to be performed (Such as turning lights on/off)
So Im not sure what to try next…
