I need help. I have sonoff zigbee 3.0 usb dongle plus and also 16 channel wollcano zigbee relay device model SLZ-R16C, and i install home assistant os on wmware work station. i added SONOFF Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus V2 to Home Assistant, and i can find and use 2 channel zigbee devices and other but when i want to add 16 channel wollcano zigbee relay device model SLZ-R16C to Home Assistant via SONOFF Zigbee 3.0 usb dongle plus home assistant can find it, but could not show all 16 channel seperatly, and there are no icons for turning them (channels) on or off, and also shows unknown firmware. i uploaded all picture here
And one more thing i also use a Tuya account in another way
i add this to my Tuya account, we could control all options in Tuya.
i add my Tuya account to Home Assistant in this case, 16 channel wollcano zigbee relay device model SLZ-R16C also added again but just show channel numbers 1, 7, and 8. Just these channels we can control.
I think there is a bug or something in both cases that we could not use this device properly. Please help me if there is a solution for
