I have an automation which visibly activates the nest display, since it plays a beep sound, but my messgae is not played. Tried with French (fr-FR) and Swedish (sv-SE) and the language is recogized. I also set the volume, used the unmute service and the device is not on pause. Everything was set up in the GUI and I have auto update enabled. Not sure how to check the google account which I set to only swedish, since google won’t recognize Swedish if I have too English, Swedish and French at the same time.

This is usually because Google does not have a clear and secure path back to your instance to pass the sound file back. The external_url has to work, be secure, and not use self-signed certificates.
