Turn on RGB lights at sunset to specified color, then white at 10:00

I just installed four Thirdreality RGB bulbs on my porch. I want them to come on to a specified color at sunset (orange, purple, etc), at 10:00PM change to white, then off at sunrise. I’ve looked in automations and I have an option for startup color temp but it wants a value that doesn’t accept standard 255,255,255 color. What is the best option?
