Tuya integration can't be loaded

HA had the Tuya integration up and running. All fine…
Unfortunately I forgot to extend my developer licence. From then on the integration was not loaded anymore.
I renewed the licence, removed the integration from HA and tried to put it back in again.
The following error comes up:

Error
Config flow could not be loaded: 500 Internal Server Error Server got itself in trouble

any idea what to do?

Hello mpe42,

If you are talking about the core integration for Tuya, that changed over a year ago. Uses the smartlife app.

But that does not solve the problem. Following the instructions generates the same error message as above…

I assume it’s an “inner problem” of Home Assistant. So anyone?

is there really no one here that has any kind of idea what to do with this error?
Do I really have to reinstall HA to see what happens then?
