Hi, I’ve just added a KETOTEK Smart Thermostat to control underfloor heating. I’ve added the thermostat to TUYA and I can control it in the app ok. I refreshed the TUYA integration and the thermostat is shown in HA with two entities. A heating control and a child lock configuration. If I turn the Thermostat on or off by the app that is reflected in HA. The problem is I don’t have any temperatures. All I have is a mode option that I can toggle from OFF to HEAT/COOL.
I’ve updated everything that I can. I have removed the TUYA integration, restarted and add it again but every time the thermostat comes through in the same configuration.
Other people seem to have been able to integrate this Thermostat without any additional configuration but I can’t see what I’m doing wrong.
Does anyone have any suggestions I can try please.
