Tuya Local - DHCP issues?

I have been running a Tuya Wi-Fi dual bi-directional meter for a month or so without any issues, using Tuya local.
Its measuring the power coming into and out of the house, plus generation from Solar.
A few days ago the data just stopped appearing in HA, I can still see data in the Smartlife app, so its collecting it.
I have a couple of other Tuya devices on Wi-Fi and they also seem to be unavailable.

I am wondering if their IP’s have changed when the router was restarted?
In which case, is there any sort of auto-discover function that changes the IP’s for the devices in HA when they change?

Try to reload integration and or restart home assistant.

I have tried this, doesn’t seem to have helped.

Is there a task that goes and checks if devices have changed IP and updates HA?

You can check the log. Probably there will be some error when you restarted home assistant.
I’m just using tuya integration. I was using tuya local before, but wasn’t seeing any point of that as I moved my tuya devices to a separate vlan.

ok, done some more troubleshooting.
I have installed tinytuya, then run through the config wizard, been back onto tuya.com and logged into my developer account. Got the API ID and secret.

Tinytuya gave this error:

Error from Tuya server: Error from Tuya Cloud: Code 28841002: ‘No permissions. Your subscription to cloud development plan has expired.’
Check DeviceID and Region

I can see my devices in the Tuya.com developer portal and the smartlife app
