Tuya pir motion sensor - lux values without movement

Hi,
I got some of those of those sensors:

I’m able to pair them as _TZE200_3towulqd TS0601 and get sensor readings. Though lux values are just reportet if the sensor is activated by movement.

I read online and in the manual that it’s possible to configure the sensor for reporting the lux values in certain time intervals. But how to configure that in homeassistant? The manual tells me to set it in the app, but I don’t use any tuya hub.

I don’t use zha but you probably can adjust reporting interval of a battery device. That interval is usually set high because it preserve battery life, consume less battery.
If you want something that will report lux values ie. every second than use some mmwave sensor with lux capabilities.
The down side is that you need to plug it in some outlet so you can’t install it anywhere.
