Tuya Vibration/Tilt Sensor from Aliexpress - No Tilt entity?

This Tuya sensor from AliExpress is advertised to have vibration and tilt sensing capability, however, when I pair it directly to Home Assistant I only see vibration entity. There’s no tilt entity to identify a tilted condition. Does anyone else have this sensor and can sense tilt? Do I need to modify a yaml file to get tilt?

No, I haven’t found a solution nor have I heard from anyone that does.
