For those who might have interest. The ZG-204M Zigbee PIR/mmWave Sensor on Zigbee2MQTT are amazing. Hands down the best motion presense sensor I have purchased. They come in circa$30AUD a little higher than I would like, but they just do what they are supposed to do.
